From her birth when the keel was laid in March of 1914 to her death 7 December 1941 and beyond, this is an historical look at the life of the USS ARIZONA.

Page 1 (current page) of this series shows the USS ARIZONA from birth to the attack at Pearl Harbor on 7 December 1941.

Page 2 shows the USS ARIZONA during the attack, the aftermath and cleanup, and continues thru today.

Page 3 shows a little of life aboard the USS Arizona.

At Guantanamo Bay in January, 1920, she is fitted ith flying off platforms on #2 and #3 turrets. Octagonal searchlight controls are higher up on her mast than in above photo.
